Checking Your Rental Application Status
If you are already in a stage of the Rental Application process, you may check which stage of your application you are currently in, and the current status by:
- visiting app.mondofi.com/checkYourApplication, or
- clicking the Check Your Application button at the top of the Mondofi Homepage
Once accessed, a form will appear prompting you to enter:
- Your email address
- Your phone number
Once entered, click the Submit button.
Account does not exist?
If submitting the form results in a “User not found” message appearing in the top-right of your screen, then:
- Please check that you entered the correct information, or
- You have not submitted an application yet
Phone Verification via One-Time-Password (OTP)
Clicking the Submit button will verify whether the combination of email address and phone number exists in the Mondofi system.
If so, then a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your phone number.
Please enter the OTP in the 4-digit field and click Submit .
The OTP is valid for only 20 minutes. If it expires, you may obtain a new one by clicking RESEND.
View Your Application Status
If the OTP is correct, then Your Application Status will be displayed, providing the following information:
- Which Stage of the application you are currently in
- Your current Status within the stage of the application
- The First and Last Name used on the application
- The Email Address used on the application
- The Type of Unit you indicated that you are Interested In
