Phone Verification via One-Time-Password (OTP)
Phone verification is required in order to proceed with booking your appointment.
The Book Now button from the Book Viewing Appointment email will direct you to a phone verification screen.
Please enter your phone number to receive a one-time-passcode (OTP) via text message (SMS).
If you have an international phone number, you may enter the area code as a prefix, or select the country from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side.
To proceed, click the Verify phone number button.
Please check your phone for a text message (SMS) for a text message containing a 4-digit code.
The 4-digit code is valid for 90 seconds, and will expire after this period of time. However, you may obtain another code by clicking the RESEND button.
Please enter the 4-digit code from the text message in the field.
To proceed, click the Submit button.
Book Viewing Appointment on Calendar
Once your phone number is verified, you will be directed to the Scheduling Calendar.
All available 30-minute time slots for viewing are marked in Green.
You may cycle through the weeks by clicking the arrows in the top-left and top-right corner of the calendar.
Clicking on one of the Green time slots will turn it Yellow, indicating that it is selected.
Review the Viewing Slot details located adjacent to the Calendar (or below, if viewing on a Mobile device).
To proceed, click the Book button.
As the Viewing Appointment is scheduled, a Booking Confirmed message will appear on your screen.
It will include the date and time of the booking once again.
Clicking Ok will redirect you back to the Mondofi Homepage.
Email Received: Viewing Appointment Booked
Once your Viewing Appointment is scheduled, an email will be sent to you with the subject line “Viewing Appointment”.
The email contains all relevant details about your appointment.
You may also change the date and time of your appointment (based on availability) by clicking the Reschedule Appointment button.
This will direct you back to the Calendar, where you may repeat the booking process.
Reschedule Viewing Appointment
The process to Reschedule your Viewing Appointment is identical to the initial Booking.
Clicking the Reschedule Appointment button will direct you to a Calendar screen.
The appointment you previously scheduled will appear in Red, indicating that it is Booked, effectively Not Available for re-booking.
All available 30-minute time slots for viewing are marked in Green.
Clicking on one of the Green time slots will turn it Yellow, indicating that it is selected.
Review the Viewing Slot details located adjacent to the Calendar (or below, if viewing on a Mobile device).
To proceed, click the Book button.
As the Viewing Appointment is scheduled, a Booking Confirmed message will appear on your screen.

Email Received: Viewing Appointment Rescheduled
Once your Viewing Appointment is Rescheduled, an email will be sent to you with the subject line “Viewing Appointment Rescheduled”.
The email contains all relevant details about your appointment.
