Tenant Call Forwarding to Phone Number
By default, a Tenant receives calls from the Access Control Touch Screen forwarded to their phone number that is setup in the Mondofi Mobile Application.
A Tenant may opt-out from call forwarding, and receive these calls via the Mondofi Mobile Application only.

Accessibility View
Tapping the wheelchair icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen will switch the layout to the Accessibility View, which displays the buttons in a manner accessible to wheelchair users.
All functions are identical, but presented in the alternate layout.
To switch back to the Full Screen View, tap the Full Screen icon at the top of the screen.
View Building Directory by Occupant Name
By default, a Tenant’s Name appears on the Directory as of their move-in date.
However, any Tenant may opt-out from having their name displayed by disabling this setting in their account via the Mondofi Mobile Application.

Tapping one of the following four (4) options will display the Directory (A-Z) of Tenants who have enabled their name to appear on the Access Control Touchscreen:
- I’m Visiting Someone
- I’m Delivering Food
- I’m Delivering a Package
- Other
Filtering the Directory
By Search Field
The list of Tenants may be filtered by tapping on the Search Field at the top of the listing, and then typing on the keyboard that appears.
Partial matches will be displayed.
By Last Name Initial
On the left-hand side of the screen, a List of Letters is displayed that can be scrolled to reveal all letters (A-Z).
Selecting a letter displays Tenants with their Last Name Initial matching the selected letter.
To display all Tenants again, tap the Back To Full Directory Listing button.
Calling an Occupant by Occupant Name
All Tenants who have enabled their name to appear on the Access Control Touchscreen will be listed in the Directory.
A Visitor may call a Tenant by tapping on their name on the Directory (A-Z).
Tapping on a Tenant’s Name will immediately call them.
Calling an Occupant by Suite Number
Alternatively, a Visitor may call the Tenant by inputting their Suite Number.
