Book An Elevator
Clicking on Book Elevator located in the Rental Application Approved email will direct you to the Scheduling Calendar.
All available 30-minute time slots for viewing are marked in Green.
You may cycle through the weeks by clicking the arrows in the top-left and top-right corner of the calendar.
Clicking on one of the Green time slots will turn it Yellow, indicating that it is selected.
Review the Booking details located adjacent to the Calendar (or below, if viewing on a Mobile device).
To proceed, click the Book button.
As the Elevator Booking is scheduled, a Booking Confirmed message will appear on your screen, which includes the date and time of the booking once again.
Clicking Ok will redirect you back to the Mondofi Homepage.
Email Received: Elevator Appointment Booked
Once the elevator is booked, you will receive an email confirming the booking.
The email will include:
- Building Name and Address
- Suite Number
- Date of the Appointment
- Time of the Appointment
- Contact Name for Meeting
- Contact Phone Number for Meeting
Email Received: Elevator Appointment Rejected
In certain cases, your Elevator Appointment may need to be Canceled by an Administrator.
If so, you will receive an email with the subject line “Elevator Appointment Rejected”.
The email will contain a link to Reschedule the Elevator Booking.
To proceed, click the Rebook Here button, from the body of the email.
Reschedule Elevator Appointment
Clicking on Rebook Here located in the Elevator Appointment Rejected email will direct you to the Scheduling Calendar for Elevator Bookings..

An email with the appointment details will be sent to you with the subject line “Elevator Appointment”.
Clicking Ok will redirect you back to the Mondofi Homepage.
Email Received: Elevator Appointment Rescheduled
Once the elevator is booked, you will receive an email confirming the booking.
The email will include:
- Building Name and Address
- Suite Number
- Date of the Appointment
- Time of the Appointment
- Contact Name for Meeting
- Contact Phone Number for Meeting
