By submitting this form you confirm that you are the Primary Tenant for the suite in question and that you have also read and agree to Mondofi’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. In addition, you agree that, as the suite’s Primary Tenant, you are legally responsible for any actions performed by residents in your suite while using the Mondofi App for any of its existing or future functionality.
