A serial entrepreneur since 2002 and Simon Fraser University alumnus, Leigh has founded or co-founded six active companies in the areas of real estate technology, IT security, social gaming, pubs & restaurants and data science. While wearing many hats during the start-up phase of any of the above, he has typically settled into a role centered around corporate finance & business development. His predominant focus with Mondofi is managing the company’s long term growth while overseeing an amazing team of developers, project managers, marketers & administrators.

Jeff Meyers
VP Business Development
A seasoned entrepreneur and former member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Jeff serves as VP of Business Development at Mondofi. With a track record of overseeing the international expansion of previous startups and experience as a subject matter expert with the United Nations, Jeff’s innovative successes in security and regulatory compliance are key to enhancing Mondofi’s smart-building operating system. His global focus aligns seamlessly with Mondofi’s mission to solve daily challenges faced by real estate developers and building owners. Jeff’s work contributes to the creation of value for Mondofi’s clients, fostering a modern and efficient living experience for residents.

Vlad Preduna
Senior Operations Manager / Accounting
Vlad graduated from University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics which led to an 8-year career in Accounting & Finance. Continuously hungry for accuracy and efficiency, Vlad developed his passion for programming and applying software solutions to solve day to day problems. The completion of the BCIT Software Systems Developer program helped him pivot towards Technical Project Management. With Mondofi, he is thrilled to be part of the software engineering team and the organization growing with this bold and forward-thinking project.

With over five years in the Car Share industry, prior to joining Mondofi, Alex has wide-ranging experience in operations working for North Americas fastest growing Car Share company. She has led developments to improve and streamline processes, ensure efficiency and procedural change. Additionally, she spent 6 years in the tourism industry giving her hands-on experience in large scale operations from a consumer standpoint. At Mondofi, Alex focuses on leading strategy and daily operational processes.
