Email Received: Rental Application Rejected
The Rental Application review process may include the following points, as per the Applicant’s consent granted during the application:
- Credit Check
- Background Check
- Reference Check
Furthermore, the documents provided are also reviewed:
- 3 Months Paystub(s)
- Government Issued ID
A Rental Application may be rejected due to issues concerning any of the above.
Often, issues resulting in rejection can be rectified by re-submitting the Rental Application with revised document(s) or information.
If an email is received with the subject line “Rental Application Rejected”, it will contain a link to Re-Submit the form.
To proceed with re-submission, please click the Click Here To Resubmit button.
Please ensure to address the issues that are indicated in the body of the email.
Rental Application Resubmission
Click the Click Here To Resubmit button on the Rental Application Rejected email will direct you to the Rental Application form.
The form is populated with the information you already provided on your prior submission.
It will resume from the Consent & Sign step.
Please make the modifications needed to address the reasons for rejection outlined in the body of the Rental Application Rejected email.
