Email Received: Rental Application Approved

Once your Rental Application review process is completed and your Lease Agreement is signed & approved, an email will be sent to your registered email address.

The email will include the following attachments, which can be downloaded to your device:

• A copy of your signed Residential Tenancy Agreement (Lease Agreement)
• A copy of your Application for Tenancy
• A copy of any Addendums applicable to the Lease Agreement

The email will include the following links:

• Download and Install the Mondofi Mobile Application to your smartphone
• Submit your Banking Information

Note: The option to  Book An Elevator  is available only if the Leased Unit requires an elevator for access. If the Leased Unit does not require an elevator to access, then the option will not be included in the email.
