• Go to: site.mondofi.com/issue-request
• Complete and submit the brief form, adding as much information as possible
• Optionally, an image file can be submitted
• Building Management will review and action as soon as possible

Request Resident App Access

The Mondofi Mobile App is available for use by Resident that are listed on a Lease Agreement at Parque on Park, Langley.

The Primary Tenant listed on the Lease Agreement obtains App access immediately upon start of Lease. App Access for Co-Tenants is obtained as follows:

• the Primary Tenant go to: site.mondofi.com/add-resident
• Complete and submit the brief form
• Building Management will review and action as soon as possible
