Welcome to Mondofi
Mondofi is a tenancy and property management system for “smart buildings”, facilitating the rental application process, onboarding of new tenants, interfacing building related functions with tenants, providing tools for building managers to administer properties, and many other existing and upcoming features.
The Mondofi Homepage (app.mondofi.com) is an entry point to explore Mondofi Certified Buildings that are available for tenancy, and provides resources to learn more about the project.
For Applicants to Rent
Search Apartments
If you are interested in renting a Suite in a Mondofi Smart Building, you can find your building by clicking the Search Apartments button at the top of the Landing page.

Check Your Application Status
If you are already in a stage of the Rental Application process, you may check which stage of your application you are currently in, and the current status by:
- visiting app.mondofi.com/checkYourApplication, or
- clicking the Check Your Application button at the top of the Mondofi Homepage

For Tenants to Setup the Mobile Application
Tenants interact with their Mondofi Building via the Mondofi Mobile Application, which is installed on their Mobile Device.
For Android
Download & Install the Mondofi app from Google Play Store.
For iPhone
Download & Install the Mondofi app from the Apple App Store.
