Email Verification via One-Time-Password (OTP)
Once you click Register Now , an email will be immediately sent to the email address provided.
The email will contain a One-Time-Password (OTP) as a 4-digit-code, used to verify your email address.
Please input the 4-digits code into the boxes displayed and then click Verify & Continue .
If the email is not received, please double-check your Spam folder.
This code expires in 20 minutes, however a new code can be generated by clicking RESEND button on the application window.
Pre-Application Form
Once your email address has been verified, the Pre-Application Form will be displayed.
Complete the form, answering all of the required questions by providing:
- the number of years you wish to rent.
- the desired tenancy start date, by selecting it from the calendar applet, or by typing it as yyyy-mm-dd.
- the number of adult occupants.
- the number of minor occupants.
- whether you own any pets
- If so, please provide a brief description of the pet(s) you would bring into the tenancy.
- whether you require parking and the number of stalls
- Answer the rest of the questions as required.
Once complete, click on Submit Pre-Application to proceed.
Once your Pre-Application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our associates.
Your information will be assessed for fit with currently available suites in the building.
An update will be sent to your email address regarding next steps, which include a Viewing Appointment.
Please remember to double-check your Spam folder.
Clicking Ok will redirect you back to the Mondofi Homepage.
Check Your Application Status
On the Mondofi Homepage, you may check the status of your application periodically by clicking the Check Your Application Status button located at the top of the page, or by visiting app.mondofi.com/checkYourApplication.
